What is wellbeing?

Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy and happy; it is a satisfactory condition of existence. Wellbeing refers to a more holistic whole-of life experience, not only good physical health.

It encompasses not only being fit and alert physically, but also emotionally, and mentally in control. And spiritually connected and centred.

We are all at a certain level of well-being in our lives. Some days we find ourselves in a better state than other days.

There are phases when we feel totally out-of-sync, feeling low, confused, depressed and generally unhappy. This can be due to some physical discomfort or ill-ease, or may be due to lack of clarity and self-doubt on what is the path ahead, maybe concerns regarding relationships, peer/ parental pressure, stress, feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem .…

I have been fascinated with the concept of our well-being.

And over the years, have studied different facets which contribute to our wellbeing in life.

Now, I am here to help you achieve a better level of wellbeing.

To help you understand what it is you are meant to achieve in this life, and how you can confidently go about it.

Not by telling you what to do, but to help you discover who you are, what you are capable of and how you can reach your desired state of existence.
